煅后焦增碳剂Carburant

“颍川”牌增碳剂是以经过严格筛选的优质石墨为原料,用连续高温炉炼工艺,经高温提纯、粉碎、烘干、筛分等多道工序加工而成,具有极高的纯度、极佳的颗粒形态和石墨化的晶体结构,不仅起增碳作用,而且还能促进铸铁的孕育形核,改善石墨细化,增加石墨球数,改善材质的机械性能和加工性能。

"YingChuan" Carburant YC-Z-1, YC-Z-2 are two products which selected through a rigorous screening of high-quality graphite as raw materials, with a continuous high-temperature furnace refining process,through high temperature purification, grinding,drying,screening and other processing procedures,with a high purity, excellent particle morphology and graphite crystal structure.Not only play recarburization function, but also promotes the nucleation bred of cast iron, improves graphite refinement and increases the number of graphite nodules, improve the mechanical properties and processability.

1、炉内投入法
适于在感应炉中熔炼时使用,依据工艺要求具体使用法各单位略有不同。  

(1)中频电炉熔炼,可按配比或碳当量要求随料加入电炉中下部位,回收率可达95%以上;  

(2)熔炼完毕,铁液如果碳量不足调整碳分时,先打净炉中熔渣,再加增碳剂,通过铁液升温,电磁搅拌或人工搅拌使碳溶解吸收,回收率可在90%左右,如果采用低温增碳工艺,即炉料只熔化一部分,熔化的铁液温度较低的情况下,全部增碳剂一次性加入铁液中,同时用固体炉料将其压入铁液中不让其露出铁液表面。这种方法铁液增碳可达1.0%以上。  

Furnace input method:
suitable for use in an induction furnace melting,using a slightly different method according to the specific process requirements of each unit.

(1) Intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting,can add into the furnace in the lower part according to the ratio of carbon equivalent requirements or material with the recovery rate up to 95%.

(2)After melting is completed,if the carbon content isn’t enough that needs to adjust, first remove furnace slag,then add carbon agent, through heating up of molten iron by electromagnetic stirring or artificial stirring to dissolve the carbon to be absorbed with the recovery up to 90%.If apply low temperature carbon growth process,that only part of charge is melted with lower melting temperature of molten iron,then add all recarburizer in liquid iron, also with a solid charge pressed it into liquid iron do not let it exposed on the surface.In this method it can reach more than 1.0% carbon of iron liquid. 

2、炉外增碳:  

(1)包内喷石墨粉:选用石墨粉做增碳剂,吹入量为40kg/t,预期能使铁液含碳量从2%增到3%。随着铁液碳含量逐渐升高,碳量利用率下降。喷石墨粉增碳,一般采用氮气做载体,但在工业生产条件下,用压缩空气更方便,而且压缩空气中的氧燃烧产生CO,化学反应热可补偿部分温降,而且CO的还原气氛利于改善增碳效果。  

(2)出铁时增碳:可将100-300目的石墨粉放到包内,或从出铁槽随流冲入,出完铁液后充分搅拌,尽可能使碳溶解吸收,碳的回收率在60%左右。

Furnace output method:

(1) Graphite spray in package: use graphite to be carbon agent, blowing amount of 40kg / t, is expected to make the carbon content of the molten iron increased from 2% to 3%. As the carbon content of the molten iron is gradually increased, the amount of carbon utilization fell.Carbon increased by graphite spray,typically using nitrogen as a carrier, but under industrial conditions, using compressed air is more convenient, and oxygen in the combustion air burning produce CO,the chemical reaction heat can compensate for part of the temperature drop,and CO in reducing atmosphere is conducive to improve the effect of carbonization.

(2) Increase the carbon when iron is poured out:100-300 mesh of graphite powder can be placed inside the package,or into the tank with the flow of the iron,it should be completely stirred to make carbon dissolved and absorbed as much as possible after the iron liquid was poured out,and carbon recycling rate is about 60%.
